To find an item
- use the search facility shown on the left hand side of every page. You can search by title, author, publisher, isbn or key word or
- select a vehicle category from the menu on the left and then pick the type of product you would like, e.g. book, dvd, cd-rom, etc.
Buying an item
The more copies you buy of an individual item the more discount you will earn. The discount structure for an item is shown on the detail page of each product. Once you have decided how many copies you would like click the 'add to cart' button. On the next screen you can then input the quantity you require. Click 'update cart' after changing the quantity; the shopping cart will then recalculate the total. Click 'continue shopping' if you wish to continue browsing or shopping. If at any time you wish to go back to the shopping cart click 'view cart' at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Paying for you order
Once you have completed your order click the 'checkout' button in the shopping cart. If you have used our online facility before just enter your email address and password; our system wil remember your details. Otherwise, enter your email and select a password; you will then be asked for your billing and delivery details.
Once these are completed you then have 4 secure payment options. They are;

Paypal will process your payment on our behalf - you do not require a Paypal account to use this facility.

Credit/debit card online (offline processing by WBS)
If you select this method you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch or Delta. Your card details will be securely forwarded to us and we will process your transaction in-house using our merchant card facilites.

Via Telephone
If you select this method your order will be forwarded to us as normal but you then need to contact us via telephone to provide your payment details. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Delta, cheque or via a 30 day credit account if you already have this facility with us. Our freephone telephone number is 0800 195 2208.

Via Fax
Once again, If you select this method your order will be forwarded to us as normal but you then need to contact us via fax to provide your payment details. Delivery
If your order and payment is received before midday on a normal working day, we will aim to despatch your order on that day. Most orders are despatched via DHL and delivery is usually within 2 to 3 working days. Occasionally we may run out of stock of an item. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery date.
All orders of of £70 or more are free of any carriage or handling charge. Any order below £70 will attract a handling charge of £3.90 (VAT inclusive).
